GREENLOOP RUST CONVERTER N8 is a ready-to-use, water-based acidic rust converter for steel and other ferrous-metal surfaces. It converts and stabilises rust prior to coating or further treatment. For industrial and professional use only. Use undiluted as supplied.
Not a conventional rust remover. Does not claim to remove all rust completely.
All values typical at 20 °C. Values are indicative and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.
Remove loose rust, dirt, grease, oil and loose or flaking coatings before application.
Apply undiluted by brush, roller, controlled low-pressure spray or immersion. Ensure complete and uniform wetting. Avoid excessive pooling.
Allow the conversion reaction to proceed fully. Repeat application if required based on substrate condition.
Allow the treated surface to dry completely before overcoating. Follow the coating manufacturer's requirements.

Actual consumption depends on rust condition, surface roughness, porosity, geometry and application method.
24 months from date of manufacture, in unopened original container stored under the conditions above.
